Booking Payment Process

BOOKING PAYMENT PROCESS

For stays more than 12 weeks away:

To secure your dates we require a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total package price, along with a £115 - £215 Booking Fee which varies depending on your chosen property, and if you have more than 6 people in your group a Payment Protection Fee of £75 will be applied.

Both the Booking Fee and Payment Protection Fee are a one-off payments made at time of booking which are not deducted from your remaining balance and are also non-refundable.

Your remaining balance, along with your refundable security deposit is then due 12 weeks prior to your stay. Please note that the security deposit at most of our houses is £500 but this amount can vary depending on your chosen property.

Our accounts team will send you a balance reminder 2 weeks prior to your payment due date confirming the final amount due and including details regarding how to make the payment.

For stays less than 12 weeks away:

We require the total package price along with a £115 - £215 Booking Fee and £75 Payment Protection Fee (if applicable) to be paid in one sum, along with the refundable security deposit required for your chosen property.

RESERVATION SERVICE

We cannot reserve dates without a deposit as we do work on a live availability system so the dates can be sold at any point.

We do have a reservation service in place for a selected number of properties that costs £75 (this is an additional non-refundable payment which will not be deducted from the final balance).

This service will hold the dates for your chosen property for 7 days (a whole week!) whilst you collect the deposit and booking fees. This is a service we offer for groups to not miss out on their chosen dates.
