House Rules

General

Please fully read any guest handbook or similar information that is supplied at the property. These will contain any specific house rules as dictated by the owner. You are responsible for following these during your stay.
Noise

Please be respectful of any neighbours when arriving/leaving the property, or when making use of any outdoor areas
Please note that any noise complaints may result in the loss of your security deposit and/or your party being asked to leave the property.

Hot Tub

Please do not use the hot tub if you are wearing fake tan.
The hot tub is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with a heart condition.
We recommend that you use the hot tub for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time.
The hot tub may be locked overnight. If this is the case, a caretaker will arrive to lock/unlock it at the designated times. Please respect these timings as they will be in place to comply with licensing requirements or insurance policies.
Activities

If you have booked Activities, our package coordinator will be in touch with you to arrange the times and send you any menus/ spa choices etc, only once the final balance has been paid and numbers are confirmed.
Please note, no 3rd party suppliers are permitted at this property unless booked through Celebration Cottages.
Group Types

We accept hen parties!

Please note if your booking is not a hen party please give details of your group type and occasion at the first stage of enquiry. We will ask you for a guest list during the booking process and only the guests who are on the original booking form should attend the property. If you need to make any alterations to the booking you must contact our booking team prior to arrival.

We insist the lead booker is aged 25 or over.

Booking Terms

Booking and payment process

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package amount is required. Additionally, for Contemporary Barn & Spa, a booking fee of £215 is applicable. For group bookings exceeding 6 people, a non-refundable payment protection fee of £75 is also applicable. These fees are taken at the point of booking and are separate, and not deductible, from the remaining balance.

The remaining balance, along with a refundable security bond starting from £500, is due 12 weeks prior to your scheduled stay. Please note that, for some groups and properties, we may require a larger security bond. For bookings made via our online system, the remaining balance will be only be payable via bank transfer. Details on how to pay your remaining balance will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.

For bookings within 12 weeks of the stay date, the full package amount, booking fee, large group fee (if applicable), and the security bond are required at the time of booking. We are unable to accept card payments for these short notice bookings; the entire balance will only be payable by bank transfer.
